Another massive bird eater similar to L.parahybana but not commonly available. This species has grey leg hair and scarlet red abdominal hairs.

This species of Tarantula features a similar quick growth rate to a parahybana and is a very sought after example of the genus, if breeding expect a lot of slings.

Is named Bahia after the region of Brazil it comes from, my wanting to name it Red Snapper due to it’s similarity with a salmon pink (Lasiodora parahybana) and keen feeding response has fallen on deaf ears.
