A complete and nutritionally balanced diet for all goldfish but can also be used to gutload crickets, roaches, mealworms, morio worms, isopods and even other inverts such as giant african land snails and millipedes!

Feeding instructions: Feed 1 – 2 times per day on as much as your goldfish will consume in 1 minute. Take care not to overfeed your goldfish and remove any uneaten food.
