Lasiocyano sazmai Sazima's Tarantula (6-8cm)

A new species recently described an re-discovered species named in honour of Dr Ivan Sazima. These are found on a unique ecological island, a habitat high upon tabletop mountains which have a greater rainfall and different soils than the immediately surrounding area. A beautiful iridescent blue tarantula and the most exiting species to enter the hobby in 2012 and likely to be one of the most sort after species for the next couple of years.
