This is such a fab place! They were so good, so engaging, educational and fun. Took my 10 year old son, who loves reptiles. We enjoyed being able to hold a variety of reptiles. You can tell they love them and their wellbeing is their priority. I would def recommend to everyone, we will be going back!
We had a great time. Our guide (sorry forgot his name) was so knowledgeable and great at explaining the animals. I would absolutely recommend and think this is great value for money.
The reptile experience was excellent thanks to Amber who was very patient and gentle with the children and adults. She gave us lots of information and we didn't feel hurried. Amber is an enthusiastic lover of all things reptile and although the children were a little nervous to start with they soon relaxed.
The only criticism was the price of the turtle notebook my husband promised our 5 year old grand daughter (without his glasses) £4.99 for something that should have been no more than a £1.
I have recommended the experience to all my friends with a warning not to buy any merchandise as I feel that was a rip off.
I’ve taken my son twice now to the reptile encounter and i cannot reccomend enough!!! The staff are brilliant, welcoming and have amazing knowledge and it is clear they really care for the animals. All the animals seem happy and very tame. My son wants to go again already!
Grandson loved being close with the reptiles , staff were very knowledgeable, brilliant
